What Happens When the Chart Is Prepared?

WL Passengers

Waiting list e-tickets not confirmed by First Chart time are auto-cancelled and fully refunded. You cannot board the train on a WL ticket.

RAC Passengers

RAC passengers can board and share a berth. Cancel until Final Chart time (30 minutes before departure). Full berth possible if confirmed passengers don't show.

Confirmed Passengers

Seat/berth numbers finalised at First Chart. Online cancellation closes then — file a TDR on IRCTC for refund. Station counter cancellation allowed until 30 min before departure.
